Elizabeth Robinson LMFT, CEAP
Elizabeth Robinson is the Manager of the Employee Assistance Program at the University of Connecticut Health Center as well as the provider of the EAP for several other State agencies and other employers. She has worked in the employee assistance field since 1986. She previously worked at CIGNA and Health Management Center, Inc. in similar positions.
Ms. Robinson holds a Masters and 6th year degree in Counseling, is a Certified Employee Assistance Professional, and a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She is a clinical member of American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy(AAMFT), and is trained in Gestalt therapy.
She has a particular interest in the influence of family of origin and choice of career, viewing the organization from a systems perspective, and the importance of balance between work and family. She has conducted numerous presentations on a variety of topics including the following:
- Violence in the Workplace Prevention
- Managing Change
- Stress Management
- Sexual Harassment
- Team Building.
